Prohibited Use
Users are strictly prohibited from using our proprietary methodology or platform content to develop competing AI career guidance products or "scraping" data for commercial use in Malaysia or abroad.
4. Intellectual Property
The "Verano Methodology," including all assessments, strategy documents, curriculum frameworks, and the site's design elements, are the exclusive property of Verano Digital. No license is granted to reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without explicit written consent from our Kuala Lumpur headquarters.

6. Professional Consultations & Payments
Specific premium pathways require service fees clearly outlined at the point of engagement. All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cancellation and refund policies vary by service tier and are detailed in your specific service agreement document provided upon enrollment in a pathway.
